1. General Instructions/ सामान्य निर्देश:

✔ Only girl students belonging to six notified Minority Communities i.e. Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains and Parsis are eligible.
केवल छह अधिसूचित अल्पसंख्यक समुदायों यानी मुस्लिम, ईसाई, सिख, बौद्ध, जैन और पारसी से संबंधित छात्राएं पात्र हैं।

✔ Scholarship will be awarded to minorities’ girl students who are studying in Class 9th to 12th, and have secured at-least 50% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate in previous class/qualifying exam
उन्हीं अल्पसंख्यक छात्राओं को छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान की जाएगी जो कक्षा 9 वीं से 12 वीं तक पढ़ रहे हैं, और पिछली कक्षा/योग्यता परीक्षा में कुल मिलाकर कम से कम 50% अंक या समकक्ष ग्रेड हासिल किए हों।

✔ The credentials of student requires School Verification. For this purpose the students are advised to download the school verification form and get it signed by the principal of the school. Principal stamp & signature are required on photograph and at the given space in the form. The scan copy of the School Verification form is to be uploaded and attached to the application.
छात्राओं की विश्वसनीयता के लिए स्कूल सत्यापन की आवश्यकता होती है। इस उद्देश्य के लिए छात्राओं को स्कूल सत्यापन फार्म डाउनलोड करने की सलाह दी जाती है और इसे स्कूल के प्रिंसिपल द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित करवाएं। फोटो और फार्म में दिए गए स्थान पर प्रिंसिपल स्टैंप और हस्ताक्षर की आवश्यकता है। स्कूल सत्यापन फॉर्म की स्कैन कॉपी अपलोड करनी है और आवेदन के साथ संलग्न करनी हैं।

✔ Annual income of student’s parents/guardian from all sources does not exceed Rs.2.00 lakh. Students have to submit the Income certificate of parents/guardian issued by the Competent Authority declared by the State Government/UTs Administration. Alternatively, the Income Certificates from Pardhan / Sarpanch, Municipal Board, Councillors, MLA, MP or from any Gazetted Officer may also be considered, apart from the Income Certificate received from concerned department
सभी स्रोतों से छात्राओं के माता-पिता/अभिभावक की वार्षिक आय रु. 2 लाख से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। राज्य सरकार/संघ राज्य क्षेत्र द्वारा घोषित सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी माता-पिता/अभिभावक का आय प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करें। संबंधित विभाग से प्राप्त किए गए आय प्रमाण-पत्र के अलावा वैकल्पिक रूप से, प्रधान/सरपंच, नगरपालिका पार्षदों, विधायक, सांसद या किसी राजपत्रित अधिकारी से प्राप्त आय प्रमाण-पत्र पर भी विचार किया जा सकता है।

✔ Income Certificate must be in Hindi/English language. In case the Income Certificate is in Regional language then it should be accompanied by notarized Hindi/English Version.
आय प्रमाण पत्र हिंदी/अंग्रेजी भाषा में होना चाहिए। यदि आय प्रमाण पत्र क्षेत्रीय भाषा में है तब इसे नोटरीकृत हिंदी/अंग्रेजी संस्करण के साथ होना चाहिए।

✔ Students are advised to submit only “One Application Form”. In case if students submit more than one application form then all the applications submitted by students will be considered as “Duplicate” and will be “Rejected”
छात्राओं को केवल "एक आवेदन पत्र" जमा करने की सलाह दी जाती है। यदि छात्रा एक से अधिक आवेदन पत्र जमा करते हैं। तब छात्राओं द्वारा प्रस्तुत सभी आवेदन "डुप्लिकेट" और "अस्वीकृत" माना जाएगा।

✔ All required documents only in Hindi or English must be uploaded alongwith online application.
केवल हिंदी या अंग्रेजी में सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेजों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन के साथ अपलोड किया जाना चाहिए।

✔ No physical/hard copy is required to be sent/submitted by post or by hand to MAEF.
मौलाना आज़ाद शिक्षा प्रतिष्ठान को हार्ड कॉपी डाक द्वारा या हाथ से भेजने/ जमा करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

✔ Scholarship will not be given to more than two students from a family of the same class.
एक ही वर्ग के परिवार के दो से अधिक छात्राओं को छात्रवृत्ति नहीं दी जाएगी।

✔ There are no fees/charges for either online application form or for any other service in this regard.
इस संबंध में ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र के लिए या किसी अन्य सेवा के लिए कोई फीस/शुल्क नहीं है।
