Amid statement of divisional admin about downtime recesses, rainfall expert on Wednesday said, govt must go ahead with durability of class work in Kashmir Schools as no harsh rainfall is anticipated during the coming 15 days.
The Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, PK Pole on Monday said that the seminaries in Kashmir division, shall remain open until there’s any event of heavy snowfall in the plains of the Valley
“There’s no clarity demanded. Every time, when there’s heavy snowfall in plains including in the megacity, seminaries are closed for recesses,” Div Com PK Pole told journalists on the sideline of a function, then at Srinagar.
“ It depends on nature and perhaps, the training shall continue beyond December 15. There’s formerly clarity given by Director School Education, that every time seminaries shall remain open until there’s major snowfall. It’s all rainfall dependent, ” he added.
“ Temperature in coming days can drop below the freezing point in plains, still that’s relatively common for the season. ending of seminaries will only impact the education of scholars, ” he added.
